Alhaji Mohammed Rabiu Bello is a man of vision, eloquence, a dedicated civil servant, and a seasoned administrator, with wide knowledge and experience obtained from years of dedicated public service. He obtained his Grade 2 Teachers Certificate from the renowned Niger Baptist College (now Ahmadu Bahago Teachers’ College) Minna, Niger State. He then proceeded to bag his B.Sc (Hons) in Political Science and Masters Degree in Public Administration.
He taught briefly in some primary and secondary schools in Sokoto and Kwara States, and his dedication to public service aided his appointment as the Principal of Jamatul Nasril College, Aiyedun in Kwara State. He was later deployed to Kwara State Teaching Service Commission as a Senior Administrative Officer. Within a short period of time the Kwara State Primary Education Board requested for his service as the Assistant Director Administration and Secretary Tender.He was later appointed Acting Education Secretary, Moro Local Government Education Authority between 1996 and 1997.
He is presently a Deputy Director, Kwara State Teaching Service Commission, member of Kwara State Education Reform Committee , Member Turn Around Committee Reforming College of Education Oro, member of a Nine-Man Committee Working with Education Sector Support Programme in Nigeria (ESSPN) on improvement of Tertiary and Basic Education under the World Bank Education Project in Kwara State and member of a sub committee on Career Path for Teachers for Basic and Senior Secondary Education in Kwara State
