NEWS LETTER

The entire family of Al-Azhar International College express their profound gratitude to the Almighty
Allah (SWT) for the landmark success we had in the first half of the second term 2021/2022 academic
session.

ACADEMIC INTERVENTION: The weak students from primary to secondary classes have been identified
and teachers have started teaching them extra lessons, so, we urge the parents of those students
involved to pay a token of #5,000 per term to motivate the teachers to do more if not better.
On this, we are not relenting our efforts rather working harder for better academic performances.

INTER HOUSE SPORT COMPETITION: The inter house sports competition of Al-Azhar International
College took place on Saturday 12th February, 2022.

The inter-house sports was graced by many of our parents and we use this medium to send our
unflinching gratitude to all our amiable parents for gracing the occasion

INTRA/INTER-QUIZ COMPETITIONS
The school is confident that the intra-quiz competition we are currently intensively grooming our
students for will yield positive results, as we look forward to organizing standard inter-quiz competition
that will bring the best out from our students in all fields of human endeavour.

EXCURSION
Our JSS 1 – 3 students will be going an excursion to Obajana Cement Company for sight-seeing, and to
educate them on the cement production processes . The excursion fee is #500 only.

PTA MEETING/MINI LAUNCHING
We use this medium to inform you that there will be a PTA meeting on Saturday 12th March, 2022, it is
an avenue to discuss issues of our students and also the progress of the school.
